The re-enrolment period is the opportunity to:

  • evaluate if your choices of coverage still meet your needs and those of your family, and modify your coverage if needed
  • update your personal information and those of your dependents
  • declare any life changing events, marriage, birth, separation etc.

If you decide not to change your choices of coverage, your coverage will automatically remain the same.

Re-enrolment period: June 7 to June 17, 2016, taking effect July 1, 2016.

The next re-enrolment will take effect on July 1, 2018 (every 2 years).

Use our secure messaging service

A secure messaging service is available for our plan members and plan administrators (via My Client Space), as well as for our benefits advisors (via Advisor Centre).

This service allows the exchange of confidential information and documents with peace of mind. Conventional emails are practical and generally secure. However, they cannot guarantee information protection. So take advantage of this new service today!

The following information should always be sent securely:

  • Social Insurance Number (SIN)
  • Financial and contract details about a group plan from iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc.).
  • Personal information, including address and salary information.
  • Medical information
  • Various government and banking documents (including void cheques)

Encourage your plan members to use the secure messaging service. It’s reliable, as easy to use as conventional email, private and secure.
